I had a couple receipts and other small garbage items (about a handful) that I stopped and threw in their designated garbage cans. As soon as I stopped my car, two older ladies who were standing outside started to watch me. I turned off the car, opened the door, gathered my handful of garbage, and put it in the trash can. The whole time these two ladies were staring at me. As I pulled away one of the ladies told me that I am supposed to do some kind of business with them in order to throw away garbage there. These cans we're in between the vacuums like you typically see by car washes. I understand needing the business but they have completely lost a customer over a handful of garbage. Sadly these two ladies were workers there. I have never seen or heard of this kind of thing, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
